This proposed 16,350 square foot house of worship would require
65% more land than owned to meet the legal requirements.
The structure would be too big, too high, too wide, too close to neighbors,
and without a major variance, would not be legal.

Here are some ways you can help and be involved:

 

-Make a donation of any amount to help our organization fight this issue. Contributions, in the form of a check, should be made out to Connell Foley Trust Account, 85 Livingston Avenue, Roseland NJ 07068 Attn: Kevin Coakley. While your contribution will be used to pay legal fees and for expert witnesses, funds will only be distributed with the consent of the Associations trustees.

 

-Come to public meetings and let the Zoning officers know your feelings. We will post all those meetings on the www.SaveMillburn.com website and send out periodic emails as you requested.

-Send emails to our Mayor, the four Township Committee members and full time Township Business Administrator. Tell them exactly how you feel about this specific issue and how you feel about town officials allowing substantial variances or exceptions to the town wide approved zoning code.
